Shoichi was born 1948 as babyboomer .
When he was a little boy,often watched American t.v.shows(Surfside6 and Route66).
At age 18 he attended dress maker school.
But he is not a good student,labor of a part time job to get money "IVY"cloths.
(Japanese pop culture in those days, The chairman Mr.Ishizu Kensuke "VAN" is symbolic of "IVY" cloths.)

After dress maker's school,he was staying with a friend in URAHARAJUKU.
A friend of somebody comes one after another.
The room was 1DK.
There were six people in the room including him ,so it was cramped.
They were almost famous photographer, rock musician ,song writer,novelist,model,stylist,motor-mechanic and much more.
But he did not work,he had nothing particular to do everyday,whole time of all day belonged with him.
He had been stay in the room all day long.
He was always complaing about mess the room.
One day he had found new cotton cloth in the room.
He asked for owner of the cloth ,then he had made some laundry bags .
He had said residents" please,clean out ",give out the laundry bag..
It is the first time,to make the bag .
Still going ,he had started own his work as show sample maker.
He got some skills for many experiences.
His career of caftsman keep going about 30years.

He loves traditional , fine made,tough material,thik cotton cloth, vegetable tanned leather.
