Some Giacobinid meteors appeared on Oct. 8, 1997.
Some Giacobinids shower appeared during 9h15m-15h(UT) on October 8 ,1997 in Japan. The peek of activity is ZHR=9.6+-6.5(Ls=195.21+-0.01) during 9h15m-11h(UT). Many meteor was vely slow and faint. but I can easy to distinguish between shower and others because of characteristic profeel. I observed Giacobinids in 1985. Giacobinids shower appeared in Japan. I don't think that the Giacobinids shower outburst before twilight in 1997. but I think that the Giacobinids shower appeared rather more than annual activity. Except comet returned, I don't know that these level activity observed. There are some usuful data as follows.
