- SCMPXEXT relates the following file extensions with SCMPX:
- * mpeg audio file (*.mp1;*.mp2;*.mp3)
- * Playlist (*.m3u)
- If you relate these extensions with SCMPX, you can start SCMPX
- easily by double clicking these files.
- Place SCMPXEXT.EXE in the directory where SCMPX.EXE is located.
- Start SCMPXEXT normally and select "Yes". Then the relating process
- should start.
- To stop relating files with SCMPX, start SCMPXEXT.exe with
- the [SHIFT] key pressed, or start SCMPXEXT.exe with 'r' option
- from the command line as shown below.
- Command line example:
- - SCMPXEXT.exe r
- This is not a necessary tool for using SCMPX. It is useful only
- when you use SCMPX as a main MPEG/Audio player.
- SCMPX.exe must be installed before relating files with it.
- When deleting file relation to SCMPX, all file relations will be
- invalidated, including files related to other applications.
- Since this tool modifies the registry, please be careful when you
- use it.
